Praying the Scriptures for your Children

Led By: Leah Wahl

Calling all busy mamas who long for a deeper and more intentional prayer life. This group will examine the practice of praying scripture. We will consider how looking intentionally to the Word of God informs our prayers for our children and helps us gain perspective on God’s purposes for them and turns limited time into powerful time! Join us as we sharpen this important mama tool and encourage each other to go deeper into prayer for our kids armed with God’s own words!

Winning the Worry Battle: Life Lessons from the Book of Joshua
Led By:
Mitzi Farley

Have you ever tried to fight worry with faith and felt you were losing the battle? Have comments like “God’s got this!” or “Just pray about it” only left you feeling more burdened? We know we shouldn’t worry, but the reality is that we all do.  Whether it’s personal worries about loved ones and daily circumstances or broader concerns about what’s happening in the world, we long for something that will help us put real feet to our faith and win the worry battle. This book, inspired by the Book of Joshua, reviews three tools a person can develop to Fight In Faith: 1) embracing God's promises, 2) courage and commitment under pressure and 3) practicing radical obedience while waiting for God to deliver your victory.
