What type of overnight accommodations are available?

There are a total of 63 spots available to stay in cottages at JICP. Staying over night costs an additional  $50 per person, and each cottage has a full kitchen and houses up to 7 people (linens included). You must register online or sign up at the table in the lobby by September 7 to reserve your spot in a cottage.

OR contact Eliza (eliza@jicc.us) about camping. Cost is dependent on the number of people on each campsite!

Can I reserve cottage accommodations for only 1 night?

Unfortunately, no - all accommodations are for 2-nights.

Are any of the rooms handicapped-accessible?

Yes - one of the rooms we have reserved is handicapped-accessible. Please specify on your registration form if you need to stay in the handicap accessible room. We will have to drive from the cottages to Edisto Hall. (see map below).

What does my registration cover?

Registration costs for the Retreat are: $95/person for those staying overnight in cottages and $45/person for those commuting. The overnight registration cost covers 4 meals (Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast), 2-night accommodations, all retreat perks and programming costs including printed materials. The commuter cost covers 3 meals (Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner), all retreat perks and programming costs including printed materials.

Can I register for only part of the Women's Retreat?

We're sorry, but the only registration options are $95 for those staying  overnight in cottages and $45 for commuters.

Are scholarships available for the weekend?

Yes - we don't want cost to be prohibitive for anyone who wants to come to the Women's Retreat - if you need assistance paying please contact us in the church office for information about scholarship options. We do ask though that you pay what you can towards the weekend so that we can have as many ladies attend as possible.

When is the registration deadline? Can I choose to attend the Women's Retreat after this point?

The registration deadline for the  Women's Retreat is Sunday, October 1, but if you would like to reserve a cottage, please register online or sign up in the lobby by September 7 to save your spot. We will not accept registrations after October 1.

If I pay for the Retreat, and then I am unable to attend, can I get a refund?

No - there will be no refunding of monies after the registration deadline. You are welcome to offer your paid reservations as a scholarship for someone else in need and we can give you a tax-contribution letter for that donation.
