Discussion Questions

1. Review the key passage, 2 Corinthians 9:8-15. Underline the words that signal abundance or increase.  What does this tell you about the nature of God?
2. Apply the principle of sowing and reaping to your current life. In light of Galatians 6:7-9, where are you reaping what you have sown? What is God saying to you in light of that?
3. Now consider the generosity of God to “provide seed to the sower.” What provision do you need from God in order to sow? (This could be financially, in resources, in time, in love towards someone that has hurt you.) Write this down as a prayer (“confession of the gospel”), share it with a friend, and pray together. Write down the step(s) of obedience God gives you in light of that prayer.
