Mary Magdalene
1. Mary had been possessed by 7 demons and Jesus had freed her from those demons. (Luke 8:2; Mark 16:9)
2. She was part of a group of women that followed around Jesus and His disciples and helped take care of them. (Luke 8:1-3)
3. She was at the cross when Jesus was crucified. (Mark 15:40, Matthew 27:56, John 19:25)
4. She was the very first human to ever see the resurrected Jesus. (Mark 16:9, John 20:16)
The empty tomb is hard to believe
Christianity is hard to believe
Jesus broke through the confusion with an indisputable answer
Jesus gives hope through His resurrection
By defeating the biggest enemy of them all Death
Jesus told His eyewitness to tell others
