3DQ - 3 discipleship questions to ask each other: What is God saying to you? What are you going to do about it? How can I help?
- What did the Holy Spirit highlight to you in the passage or the sermon?
- Luke 12 speaks about the harvest being plentiful. In light of that, where has God sent you? What spaces/places/communities have you been sent into as a messenger?
- Romans 1:16 says “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.” How does this apply to your life and challenge you personally?
- How does our “gospel confidence” impact the way we live out our faith and share our faith with others?
- Why do you think the Church has lost its “gospel confidence”? What will it take for the Church to renew our “gospel confidence”?
- Someone once said, ”How much of God do you want? You will never have less of God than you want” - How can we stir a deeper hunger and desire for God in each other?
- When you think of God’s kingdom coming in Charleston, what do you hope for and imagine? Spend time dreaming and praying together.
- In closing, consider the prayer Simon prayed as he surrendered his life to God in his mid-twenties: “God, I will do anything for you - I will go anywhere for you. Please lead me! Please use me.”
