COST
Retreat costs will consist of 2 parts:
(1) Attendance Cost: $125 per person
(2) Hotel Cost: Starting at $212/room

We have a discounted block of rooms available first come, first served at
The Beach House Resort in Hilton Head.

Your retreat weekend package includes sessions with our guest speaker, Saturday breakfast and lunch, Sunday brunch, and a few extra retreat perks to enjoy.
*Space is limited. A non-refundable $75 deposit will hold your spot.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
▸  The Women’s Retreat is open to all women, 17 and above.
▸ Attendees will have to provide their own transportation to and from the retreat in Hilton Head. Carpooling is recommended!
▸ Each room has two queen beds, a full bath, mini-fridge, 43" flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker, locally sourced Grind Coffee Roasters coffee, separate workspace with multi-charging station, small safe, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, alarm clock, and luxury skin and hair products from Gilchrist & Soames.
▸ All meeting rooms, conference room, and dining facility are handicap accessible.
▸ Additional information for registrants will be provided prior to the retreat.

What should I expect?
We will have times of worship, prayer, testimonies, teaching from guest speaker Staci McClain, good food, lots of fun, and free time to explore the beautiful Hilton Head Island.

We will be meeting at Christian Renewal Church and staying at the Beach House Resort. Please plan on commuting back and forth from these locations.

When I register for the retreat, do I have to pay the full price?
A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to register but you may pay the Attendance Cost in full, if you desire to do so.
You are responsible to book and pay for your hotel room at The Beach House Resort.
All balances must be paid by October 1, 2026.
What if I want to come but can’t afford it?
If cost is a barrier to attending the event and you would like financial assistance, please fill out this form.
There are a limited number of full and partial scholarships available, so please let us know as soon as possible.
What are the rooms like?

Our room block does have a small number of rooms with 1 King Bed (instead of 2 Queens). If you wish to request one of those rooms, please contact lanie@jicc.us to let us know.

Can I bring my children?
We encourage you to enjoy this time of connection with the Lord and your sisters apart from your children. The facilities will not allow us to accommodate children.  However, nursing mothers can bring newborns and would need to choose a roommate(s) who would be comfortable with this. Please contact Jackie (jackie@jicc.us) for more direction if you are desiring to bring your child.
Can I bring my teen who is not yet 17?
The Retreat is officially inviting women 17 years and older; however, bringing younger teens is up to the discretion of the parents. Please be mindful that mature topics may be discussed.
Will I be able to choose my roommate(s)?
You are responsible for booking your own room accommodations at The Beach House Resort in Hilton Head. We ask that you make roommate arrangements on your own. Each room has 2 queen beds, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
What if I am not able to attend the entire retreat?
We hope everyone will come for the entire retreat, especially since it is out of town!  But please come for as long as you can!   
What meals are provided?
Saturday: Breakfast and Lunch
Sunday: Brunch

We will also provide water, coffee, and snacks.  If you have specific allergies, you may want to bring a few of your favorite snacks.

Friday dinner and Saturday dinner are on your own.
What if I have a food allergy?
When registering, there is a place to specify what allergies/intolerances you have. We will work to accommodate these needs in any provided meals.
Is carpooling available to and from the retreat?
We are not able to organize carpooling, but feel free to connect with other women for ride sharing. Carpooling is recommended! Also note that you are responsible for transportation to and from Christian Renewal Church and The Beach House Resort during the Retreat.
If I have to cancel, will I be refunded?
The $75 deposit for the Attendance Cost is non-refundable. Any balances paid are non-refundable after September 21st, 2026, but are transferable to other women.

What can I do in my free time around Hilton Head?
We'll have plenty of free time to rest and relax during Retreat. You can always hang out and explore The Beach House Resort or venture out to explore more of Hilton Head.
